Who is the game for?
Participants in the game play the role of decision makers, but the lessons learned apply to anyone working in manufacturing companies i.e., product designers/developers, business analysts, supply chain developers, IT-specialists, legal advisors, etc. up to senior managers and executives to learn how a circular business works. The game is rooted in systems thinking, an essential enabler that is often overlooked when it comes to implementation of circular principles in organizations.
How many people can participate?
We recommend at least 4-5 participants to cover at least one game set (one table). We can easily run 4-5 game sets in parallel with 20-25 participants in total. We can then increase the number of tables, but need increase our team size to help managing the increasing number of game sets.
What are the learning outcomes?
The outcomes can vary significantly depending on your objectives. Most commonly, the game is used to teach success factors of circular businesses, which focus on systems thinking, decision-making and problem-solving. In addition, soft skills are taught aiming at teamwork, collaboration and communication.
Do you need any prior experience to play the game?
No. There is not any pre-knowledge required to play the game. The game is designed in a way that participants learn about circular businesses as they play through the scenarios.
How much does it cost?

Is the game available in other languages than English?
Currently all game materials are in English. However, we are open to create other versions if demanded. Please allow for additional time for non-English requests. We can also work directly with you to translate the game into another language. This process typically takes additional weeks of preparation.
